Make a link to register from the forum main page (Not the portal) and make a link to the forum main page from the portal. Other than that, looks really good.

Just a note about your comments. The Register link should be in the top right corner of *every* page. Also, from the portal, on the left you can go to any of the forum pages. Ahh. I will add a link to the main forum page. I see you can't get directly to the main forum page. Thanks.
