it lets me visit the site and I can browse but as soon as I try and submit a new thread, it give me that error..
Can someone please try posting a thread using PhProxy to see if it works for them?

Switch proxy! The proxy may have server or coding problems, just choose a new one.
I have tried all the proxies and they all give the same message
It happens from time to time.. and there is NOTHING to do about it. However these problems are only temporary (in most cases) so try again later, and switch proxies to test which of them gets back in to a stable proxy.
Good luck ;)

Oh, and PhProxy is no longer PhProxy, they swiitched name to: PhZilla (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3239)
Wierd ,i'm still using phproxy and it works like a charm
Ok
Well I have found that the problem is not actually PhProxy. It is something to do with my internet. This is the message my ISP displays when trying to post a thread on 4chan. It is similar to the message from PhProxy therefore it isn't PhProxy but rather something wrong with my internet :/
"The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://nov.4chan.org/hc/imgboard.php
The following error was encountered:
Connection to 207.126.64.187 Failed
The system returned:
(113) No route to host
This means that:
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. "
Soooo... Now that I have narrowed down the problem can anyone help me with it ??

Can you access 4chan without using the proxy?
Perhaps check that if your firewall has block any other settings?

I can access it but I cannot post a new thread.. That error only occurs when I try to post.. Hmmm.. What kind of setting could my firewall be blocking?
hmmm... seems to be working again :D
