Sound like a scam? IT IS! But in a good way since you can only convert your money in to ads that show for other people.

Can't see how this is at all useful, if you want junk traffic, auto surf, don't pay for it or spend ages earning it yourself. Lets say it takes you 2 hours of work to get $10 on that website, ok, with 2 hours of proper-work without slacking off, I could probably get anywhere from $50-$100, so why waste your time on this, when you could earn more for your time and if you wanted the traffic, you could buy probably the same amount of traffic, but real visitors, not junk-traffic.
