For this method, you need to post in a freebie section of a classified advert website, make sure the geo-location your posting in, is accepted by the CPA company for the offer. You need to find a 'teeth whiting trail', in which you only have to pay for postage. Your looking at $20-40/per lead, which is quite a lot for a simple trail offer.
You'll need to post a topic something similar to.
I got a load of free tooth brushes when I visited the dentist yesterday, I tired one of them out and I didn't like it, so I'm sticking to my toothbrush, I've still got another 4 which haven't been opened yet. No point in letting them gather dust in my bathroom.

Your giving something away, you'll get a load of e-mails, you've got people interested in teeth and obviously keeping them clean, so you've got your targeted traffic. This can convert very well if you scale it up.
Please do not copy this exact-method, add your own twists and what not. You could do some Acai promoting with this method if you can figure out a good twist. :)
