Hey all

As most of you will know, there is a fantastic piece of editing software out there called GIMP, it is free too

Download GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/downloads/)'

Ok now for the tutorial:

This tutorial is going to show you how to add awesome fonts into GIMP:

1) Find a font you want and download it

[Here is an awesome site to find fonts: http://cooltext.com/Fonts (http://cooltext.com/Fonts)]]

2) Go to Control Panel

-Make sure it is in Classic View and open the Fonts folder as shown below:

3) Go to File --> Install New Font...
-(If your vista doesn't show the bar with File, Edit, View, Tools and Help then press F10 and it will appear)

4) Find the Folder of Fonts You Downloaded and Click Install
***Note***: You must search for your fonts that you downloaded, I didn't actually download any and that is why the box below is empty.

6) Restart GIMP

7) Have fun ;) This will install the font on all programs that you can use fonts with.
