Software problems? Is it just me?

Ahhhh. Ok so the last 3 phones that I have had have all been sony ericsson.
Each of them have after a while got really slow and freeze sometimes which makes it impossible to use the phone. I got a new phone (sony ericsson) in august and the same thing has happened to me again.

Whenever I try to use my phone I always press a load of buttons and nothing works. I can't open text messages, navigate the menu or anything!

It only lets me answer calls as I can do this by just opening the lid.
Is it just me who gets these problems or have other people had problems too?!?

I've had sony ericsson for a while, and indeed it got software problems.
Sometimes, totally randomly, the phone would like shut off and freeze for an hour or so.
Freeze, as in failing to start up again or anything.
What I've also experienced is random laggs, let's say I'm opening something, and the phone usually just locks down meaning that I'll have to reboot it.
Crap brand IMO, going for something new, not sure yet.

OMG thats exactly what happens to me! Right I'm definately never going for a sony ericsson again! May get an iphone as in the UK you can get them on vodaphone now (used to only be able to get them on O2)

Hmm, Sony Ericsson has always had bad software.. The coders aren't as good as in other companies ;)

I use an iPhone, and I haven't had problems with the software, it works perfect! And the fact that you "design" your own menu, is just amazing.. The phone NEVER gets boring, just change the menu from time to time :D
