RentACoder.com is what the name says. You can have 3 different accounts.
Buyer
Seller
Affiliate
The Buyer's put up offers on the site, with script(s) they want to get in exchange for money.
The Seller's check the offers that are posted on the site, write the code as the Buyer wants it, sends the script and receives his money.
The Affiliate's get Buyer's to the site, and they earn some % :) So if you know someone that needs a code register at RentACoder.com as an affiliate, and give them their affiliate link. Then when they pay, you'll get a % :D
There is nothing called "Referrals" on this site, and that's why I only post a normal link:

If you are a good coder, you could earn some extra money on this. And of course the more advanced the code is, the more the Buyer wants to pay for it. It's the Buyer's that chooses the price they want to pay for the script.
