ARRGH!!! My PC Is All Slow

I'm new to computers and internet, I really need to get this thing going again!!! I tried downloading some programs but of course they were full of ads! This is crazy! Any experts out there that can help me?Thx!

I'd say you need to buy some of the following:

A. A better processor
B. More RAM
C. Upgrade most of your other parts
D. Buy a whole new computer

Personally I'd just upgrade all parts, but feel free to do what you like! ;)
