The last word "Celcius" is supposed to be "Kelvin".
Kelvin, or absolute temperature, is the true scale to use. An increase of 1 Kelvin = an increase of 1 Degre Celcius.

0 Kelvin is the lowest temperature you can get. You can never have negative Kelvin.
    0 Degrees Celcius = ca. 273,15 Kelvin
So water freezes at 0 Degrees Celcius or 273,15 Kelvin.
    2 Degree Celcius = 275,15 Kelvin.

As you see, google work pretty good as an calculator. (My example was the volume of a ball with 3 in radius)
