    Yea, the live multi edit is awesome. And When it is released I'm 90% sure most forums will begin to adopt it as the way they work... you would be able to see people posting (unless the poster doesn't want it to be revealed until finished...) and you can see live people posting responses... will be pretty dang awesome.

    lol i swear this could just get out of hand with having loads of people live editing the same thing surely there's potential for crashing!?! I swear google are going to take over the world with all their stuff they are bring out!

    They are actually pushing to make it a new "protocol" which would mean that it could become like email or instant messaging where multiple companies can have different servers, and they could all talk to each other. Very interesting.

    Whats the benefit to that over just having it for themselves? Surely they could just have it as them being with the only ones with it so everyone has to go to google? Or will google get some sort of recognition when other people use it?! I don't really get it

    Well -- the benefits are that protocols would be more widely accepted and adapted and.... I guess it's just the right thing to do lol.
