Im not sure if it works outside of the uk ( but i'd assume it does )
Its basically modding your modem/ Upgrading firmaware so you can access/change settings , ( mac adress mainly , but frequency and others.

Going to a internet cafe/ somewhere outside your are ( differet exchange , sniffing for macs ( assuming they use same ISP ) And using those macs..

Modding the modem is a long process , but you dont need much equipment ( differs depending on modem ) And getting the firmware is realtively easy =)
As i say , i know this works with vm in the uk... but in europe/us idk , id assume it does as they have the same setup.

It works , its just alot of hassle to mod the modem , once its modded its pretty easy. you can buy pre modded modems off ebay for 90 pounds , but idk , id rather be able to do it myself , and sell the modems to family/ friends.
